Cheif Executive Officer/ Owner

Erik has over 13 years of experience as a CEO in the Construction Industry focused on mitigation, reconstruction & environmental services

Erik is the owner & operator of Specialty Contracting Services. He is the owner & operator of Extreme Response Team, a national mitigation company that provides national emergency services for water damage, fire damage, mold, etc. 

Aaron Conner

Vice President

Aaron is a top-performing business manager with strengths in leadership and sales. he has 20+ years experience between restoration, reconstruction and management. He is effective at building strategic relationships with key decision makers in order to drive results and consistently achieve goals and performance metrics.

His certifications include Clandestine Lab Decontamination Supervisor / Mold, Mold Prevention, & Mold Remediation / AHERA Contract Supervisor / Confined Space Entry/ 40 Hour Hazwopper / Asbestos Supervisor / Bloodborne Pathogens / Fire & Smoke Restoration.


    Laine Conner

    Project Manager

    Lain has been in the restoration industry for almost ten years now and focuses on commercial clients in multi-family, schools, and hospitals. He has worked in construction and real estate since the late 1990s. He has a BS in Management and an MBA from the University of Utah.  He is bilingual in English and Spanish  He loves golf, basketball and enjoys spending time with family. Laine has been married for almost 19 years.  He has 6 beautiful daughters and an amazing wife. He loves the warm weather and often questions why he chose to live in Colorado.  

    Geary Perry

    Operations Manager

    Geary’s responsibilities include estimating and managing reconstruction, renovation, and restoration projects for commercial and residential jobs. His estimates include fire, water, hail, wind, and mold remediation claims.


      Dave Bammerlin

      Project Manger/Estimator

      Dave has worked in construction for over 42 years. He has worked in the restoration space since 2004. Prior to that,  he owned his own contracting, remodeling company. He also worked subbing insurance restoration. 

      Chris Guenther

      Project Manager/Estimator

       Chris has worked in the restoration and abatement industry since 2004.  He’s worked for 5 different restoration companies in those 16 years and has increased his skills and knowledge along the way. Previously, he worked in the telecom industry with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya Inc. Chris says that the best part of this industry is being able to help people get back to their normal lives after a disaster, and put their minds at ease.  He says this industry can be rewarding since you never come across the same job twice, and helping people understand, and feel comfortable about the restoration and abatement process is very enjoyable.

      Shilo French

      Vice President of Sales & Marketing

      Shilo has over 22 years of sales and marketing experience. She has worked in the reconstruction & environmental industry for 4 years.

      Shilo graduated from New Mexico State University with a Fashion merchandising and marketing degree.

      Shilo is passionate about relationship building and helping SCS meet their customers’ needs.

      Malissa Yadauga

      Sales and Marketing Representative

      Malissa has worked in marketing and operations for over 4 years. She is excited to be transitioning to the reconstruction & environmental industry.
      Malissa graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BASc in Chemistry. Malissa’s diverse knowledge gives her an edge in this industry.

      Alisha Thomas

      Sales and Marketing Representative

      Alisha brings 12 years of experience in restoration and reconstruction. She is a Business Development Professional with vast experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, and Marketing.
      Alisha graduated from Regis Univerisity with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing.
      She loves building strong business relationships, resulting in strong ties and happy customers.


        Emily Lewis

        Marketing Support Coordinator

        Emily graduated from CU-Boulder with a BS in Business Management and Information Systems.  She has been with the restoration industry going on two years and absolutely loves that she gets to help others. Emily is married to David and has 3 kids. Her relatable personality makes her someone easy to talk to and trust.
